When handled correctly from brewery to bar to glass, draught beer delivers what most consider to be the finest, most flavorful beer available to the customer. But the job is only getting started when the keg is tapped and the beer begins to flow. Good beer quality depends on proper calibration of the dispense variables and bi weekly maintenance practices.
In commercial environments such as bars & restaurants, draft line cleaning should be performed at least bi weekly. For home environments that may not go through as much draft , we recommend that you clean your lines every time you change a keg or every four to five weeks.
